All DP operations present risks which are specific to the vessel, and task being conducted. These risks must be identified, and managed effectively, for operations to be conducted safely and efficiently.

Position Inc specialises in project support for the full project cycle. Risk mitigation can be significantly improved with involvement in early stages of project planing including development of marine specifications, suitable vessel identification, pre-hire verification and mobilisation.
Position Inc provides services which move beyond the traditional mobilisation focused approach. Our experience shows that a key element of incident free DP operation involves ongoing engagement and verification beyond the initial phases at the start of a project.
By utilising a system of in house developed system of audits, compliance can be assessed and measured on a regular and ongoing basis.
Our audit process is backed by range of SAAS tools which provides data analysis and performance indicators, as well as effective tracking and management of technical and operational issues. A client side dashboard can also be provided for up to date status and report generation.
